Kira Gargano is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. She believes aesthetic medicine is about enhancing what makes each person unique and creating natural results that help patients look and feel like the best version of themselves.

Before pursuing aesthetics, Kira spent years caring for patients as a registered nurse in both adult medicine and the Medical Intensive Care Unit. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University and completed her Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She continues to practice in primary care, bringing a well rounded perspective on health, wellness, and patient care.

Known for her warm personality and gentle approach, Kira takes the time to listen, understand each patient’s goals, and create personalized treatment plans focused on natural, beautiful results.

Outside of the office, Kira enjoys spending time with animals, especially her beloved cat, gardening, and dancing. A lifelong tap dancer, she also has a special talent for caring for the hydrangeas and plants that help make Connecticut Medical Aesthetics feel warm and welcoming.

For Kira, the most rewarding part of her work is helping patients feel more confident while building meaningful relationships based on trust, honesty, and exceptional care.
